1) What does the program fee include?

The  all-inclusive program fee for the Summer Business Institute includes all meals, housing, and excursions. Students will not need additional money for the week. However, many students choose to bring money for souvenirs or other memorabilia.

2) Is this a commuter program or do students reside on campus?

Students at the Summer Business Institute travel from all over the country and abroad. Regardless of where they are traveling from, all students reside in Residence Halls on Catholic University's campus during the program. Click here to view Opus Hall, the Residence Hall where our SBI participants, counselors, and staff reside for the week. This housing fee is included in the all-inclusive program fee. 

3) Where will my child eat? What if my child has a food allergy?

Students will eat in Catholic University's Student Restaurant dining hall and at various locations off-campus throughout the week. Click here to view our dining hall options. We can accommodate all food allergies. Please make note of this in your application.

4) Are scholarships available?

Yes, we do offer scholarships on a need basis. Once accepted to the program, students will contact CUA-SummerInstuitute@cua.edu for our scholarship application. After completing an essay and assessing need, we award scholarships to students.
