Will Brennan's teaching is informed by his experience as a dynamic senior executive who loves partnering with clients to build and scale differentiated competitive advantages using technology. 

Will is currently the Head of Transformation and Integration at Cuesta Partners. Prior to joining Cuesta, Will was the Chief Information Officer at FLIR Systems, where he led a global, high-performance team and leveraged modern digital, cloud, and agile operating models to better align IT delivery with business need, drive process automation, and create technology enabled business value. As CIO, he was also responsible for leading the full lifecycle of M&A integration efforts for IT, and successfully integrated multiple acquisitions into FLIR while seeking to realize the full value of their investment theses. Earlier in his career, Will also held progressive leadership roles in consulting at Accenture and Liberty Advisor Group, and in operations at Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL, MT, NM, OK, and TX.

A pragmatic, collaborative leader, Will balances his experience in consulting, finance, operations, and technology to partner with senior leaders and their teams to enable innovative, cross-functional solutions and drive material outcomes across a wide variety of industries and growth strategies.

Will has a Bachelor's Degree in economics and computer applications for the University of Notre Dame, and a Master's Degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He lives in the DC metro area, where he can most often be found spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, and training for his next marathon.
