Maria Prats joined the Busch School in the summer of 2017. She is doing her research in Organizational Behavior, specifically in motivation in organizations. Her dissertation is about altruistic motivation and its repercussion in the organization’s management and ethical leadership. She is a lecturer in Management.
Apart from her academic dedication, she previously worked in managerial roles in Higher Education as an Associate Director and Manager of the Career Management module of the Executive MBA at IESE Business School. She has also worked in Private Banking, marketing consultancy, and retail sectors.
She is an executive coach specialized in talent growth, leadership, and team dynamics in the context of multinational companies. She has coached many executive managers in different companies and has collaborated as a coach in several Executive Programs.
