Alexandra Walton joined the Busch School of Business in 2018. As Director of Student Experience, Alexandra spearheads programming that provides Busch School Students with opportunities for leadership development, experiential learning, and community building beyond the classroom.
Alexandra’s career in talent development, communications, and executive coaching has led her to create leadership and professional development programs in the United States, Latin America, and Europe for professionals in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors as well as for undergraduate and graduate university students.
Alexandra holds a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, a Masters’ degree in Public Relations and Communications from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Catholic University of America. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Alexandra speaks English, Spanish, and French. She resides in Arlington, Virginia with her husband.
