Dr. Francisco J. Lara is an Associate Professor of Strategy, Management, and Operations at The Busch School of Business specializing in Talent Management, Entrepreneurship and International Business. He is also a tenured professor of Management at the Catholic University of Valencia in Spain, and is the principal of his own family office, Lagar Brothers.

He is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, former Swiss Guard, and the author of *The Pope and the CEO.*
