 Dean Abela was recently featured in Forbes, offering his insights on the delicate art of balancing the interests of both shareholders and stakeholders.

"The ongoing debate over whether a corporation should prioritize its shareholders or stakeholders is nothing more than a politicized distraction from the real goal of building thriving companies," he stated. "It's a false opposition. A corporation is where shareholders, employees, customers, and the community unite for their mutual benefit. Without that mutual benefit, sustained corporate success is impossible."
