Mike Greaney is an executive leader with a history of transforming and growing businesses while increasing enterprise value. Mike's proven ability to develop and lead teams and organizations has been on display throughout his career. Mike currently owns ADH1, LLC, a business and executive advisory services firm.

Having spent the bulk of his career in the federal information technology industry, he has led several successful business transactions throughout his career. Mike's experience as both a Chief Executive Officer and Board Member with multiple organizations give him unique insight into operating, increasing enterprise value, and completing successful business transactions.

Mike currently serves on several company boards and advises many businesses. He is Director of the Sales Program and teaches at The Catholic University of America's Busch School of Business.

Mike received his bachelor’s degree from University of Maryland in College Park and his master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University. He is also involved in several charitable causes, including his previous role as a board member of the Children’s Cancer Foundation; Laytonsville Lions Club; several thoroughbred racing associations; as a high school football coach; and as an active member in St Patrick’s Catholic Church in Rockville, MD. Mike is from the local Washington, DC area and his ever growing family all live in the DC metro region.
