We teach students to think clearly, live virtuously, and become prepared to create meaningful change in the business world and beyond. ## Ways That We Support & Mentor You

Here are a few ways we support and mentor our students along their journey in the Busch School.



- *school*### Academic Services & Faculty Advisors
    
    Our Academic Services staff help incoming students make the initial transition into the Busch School, and counsel on the academic particulars of your first semester. After the first two weeks of classes, you'll also transition to working with a Faculty Advisor within your chosen major for the duration of your academic journey.
- *business\_center*### Career Development Team
    
    We have a dedicated Career Development Team in the Busch School who not only organizes career resources and opportunities for students, but also offers personalized career coaching to help you better understand your path. We want to empower you to make the right choices through internships, networking, your own professional materials, and more.
- *psychology*### A Community of Great Minds & Entrepreneurship to Inspire You
    
    Our faculty and staff include successful business executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders themselves. We also create opportunities for advice and learning from company partners and others in the professional community. Together we actively engage with students inside and outside the classroom to share ideas and help develop your personal mindset and habits to be the best version of yourself.

    An ethical perspective grounded in Catholic social teaching is infused consistently throughout our curriculum. We want our students to learn the habit of *doing* the right thing — which means forming your character to live a life of virtue.
