Mason Russo, CatholicU '25, is a Sales and Marketing student from Summit, New Jersey. He accepted a job as an Account Executive at Paycom.

### How did your Busch School and Catholic University education help you find this career path?

"All the professors in the school genuinely care about you and where you end up. I was lucky enough to have Mark Weber in my corner who pushed me to find the best job I possibly could."

### What activities were you involved in during undergrad?

"I played Varsity Men's Lacrosse for four years played Club Hockey for a year and was the Director of Outreach for SALT."

### What were some highlights of your time at Catholic University?

"Winning a Landmark Championship freshman year and getting a dog for our house last year."

### What advice do you have for students during their job search? 

"Be relentless, no one is going to just hand you a job. Connect with every person possible, apply to every job possible and when one person tells you no that means the next one can say yes."
