Your Journey to Becoming a Virtuous Business Leader

We teach students to think clearly, live virtuously, and become prepared to create meaningful change in the business world and beyond. This is accomplished not only through a faithfully Catholic business education with rigorous academics, but also through an intentional culture of support and mentoring here in the Busch School.

Ways That We Support & Mentor You

Here are a few ways we support and mentor our students along their journey in the Busch School.

    Academic Services & Faculty Advisors

Our Academic Services staff help incoming students make the initial transition into the Busch School, and counsel on the academic particulars of your first semester. After the first two weeks of classes, you'll also transition to working with a Faculty Advisor within your chosen major for the duration of your academic journey.

A Community of Great Minds & Entrepreneurship to Inspire You

Our faculty and staff include successful business executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders themselves. We also create opportunities for advice and learning from company partners and others in the professional community. Together we actively engage with students inside and outside the classroom to share ideas and help develop your personal mindset and habits to be the best version of yourself.

Understanding Business as a Force for Good

We mentor our students to understand that the human person is at the center of the economy and that business can be a force for good to advance human flourishing in the world. This serves as a guiding light for our students.

Faculty Spotlight: Know Yourself & Your Journey

Our faculty go beyond the academics and technical curriculum to help you better know yourself and your path — so that you can better serve others.
