Welcome to the Busch School of Business People & Organizations Program.
The People & Organizations Program hosts Executive Seminars for Human Resources Professionals and our regularly recurring HR Speaker Series.
These programs are designed to educate business owners, executives, human resource professionals, and HR students in a wide array of human resource content and best practices, all enlivened by Catholic Social Teaching and enveloped in the practice of virtue.
At the center of the Busch School’s approach to human resources management is the Dignity of the Worker.
