Noreen Beaman is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of building and scaling successful organizations from the ground up and developing inclusive work cultures. She empowers leaders to unlock their potential, navigate complex challenges, and achieve their professional aspirations through awareness and personal growth. With a Master of Science in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from New York University, she implements evidence-based practices to help leaders evolve and succeed. She is currently an Executive Coach and Head of Leadership Development for East Bay Executive Coaching and Consulting.

In addition, she is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Orion Advisor Solutions, a premier wealth management provider of integrated and fully customizable technology solutions for advisors; Chair of the Board of Brinker Capital Destinations Funds Trust, multi-manager mutual fund family with $13B+ in assets under management and as an Advisory Board Member for the Commonwealth Financial Network. 

Noreen served as President of Orion Advisor Solutions, leading an 800-person team, and spearheading a post-merger integration with Brinker Capital through a virtual operating environment during the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a Founding Partner and eventually Chief Executive Officer at Brinker Capital, Noreen launched a registered investment advisory (RIA) firm serving financial advisors by providing high-quality investment manager due diligence, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and client communication services. While CEO, assets under management grew from $12B to $30B, the company rolled out the firm’s first proprietary actively managed registered mutual funds and established a new Wealth Advisory business.

She is on the Executive Leadership Board of the Next Chapter. She serves on St. Peter’s University’s Board of Trustees and is Chair of their Finance Committee.

Noreen has been recognized as Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” for Greater Philadelphia region, named to the list of “Women to Watch” by Investment News, and selected as one of region’s “Most Admired CEOs” by Philadelphia Business Journal.

She holds a Master of Science in Executive Coaching & Organizational Consulting from New York University’s School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Peter's University.
