Students, faculty and staff enjoyed the alumna-owned Taco Pop-Up Shop for lunch. Taco Dirty to Me, owned by Kristy Marshall, Busch School '16, created specialty tacos for our students, including honey sriracha shrimp and bang bang cauliflower tacos.
The first 20 Busch School students received free tacos, and tacos were discounted for the rest of our students: 1 Taco for $6 or 2 for $12.
