The faculty and staff of the Busch School are delighted to welcome Caroline Bernard Prickel as the new Director of Career Strategy and Development.
Caroline is a Human Resources and Communications professional originally from the Pacific Northwest. She began her working career at a non-profit dedicated to supporting family life. She then transitioned to the corporate world, working first at Airbus in branding and Communications and, later, in Training and Development as the Head of Airbus Leadership University for North America. Most recently, she served as the Director of HR for a mid-size Construction Management and General Contracting Firm.
She has a dual B.A. in History and Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville and an M.T.S. from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies in Marriage and Family at Catholic University. She is currently completing her certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. Caroline was recently married in April of last year and lives with her husband in McLean, VA. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, skiing, reading, and discovering new coffee shops.
She is honored to join the Career Development team and support the students at the Busch School. When asked about her vision for career development, she expressed a desire "to equip students with the internal resources necessary to discover their gifts, discern their place in light of the Holy Spirit, and decide their next step - not just for their first position after graduation, but throughout their working lives."
