The Busch School of Business once again hosted its highly anticipated Spring Career Networking Night, a marquee event that brings together students, alumni, and industry professionals in a vibrant showcase of ambition, networking, and career exploration.

The event created a welcoming space for business-minded students to connect directly with representatives from leading companies across industries including finance, marketing, consulting, tech, nonprofit, and government. With over 30 employers in attendance, students had the chance to practice interviewing, gather career advice, and strengthen their professional networks.

A Strategic Stepping Stone

Organized by the Busch School’s Office of Career Development, the Spring Career Networking Night is part of a broader initiative to prepare students for post-graduate success. It prepares the students to interview well, ask good questions, make a strong impression, and learn how to navigate the professional world with confidence and clarity. Many attendees came well-prepared with research on attending organizations, dressed professionally, and equipped with thoughtful questions—demonstrating the Busch School’s commitment to forming students not just academically, but professionally and ethically.

At its core, the Spring Career Networking Night reflects the Busch School’s mission: to promote business as a force for good. This event goes beyond job hunting—it cultivates virtue-driven leadership, encourages intentional career discernment, and fosters a community where personal values and professional goals align.
