The Busch School of Business is proud to announce a major milestone: following its recent accreditation by AACSB International, the School has officially entered the national rankings of undergraduate business programs—earning an impressive #53 ranking from Poets & Quants.
This debut places the Busch School in the top 10% of more than 550 AACSB-accredited business schools in the United States, a remarkable achievement that reflects the School’s commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and impact.
Even more notably, the Busch School ranked #14 in the nation for quality of academic experience. This distinction is especially meaningful because it is driven directly by student and alumni feedback. In response to the question, “Would you recommend your business program to a close friend, colleague, or family member?”, Busch School graduates gave an outstanding 9.7 out of 10 rating, placing the School 10th in the country on this measure.
These results highlight what truly sets the Busch School apart: its people. Faculty, staff, and students together create a distinctive academic environment rooted in excellence and purpose.
Additional national recognitions include:
- #31 in career outcomes
-
Accounting program ranked #11 in the nation for post-graduation salaries by The Wall Street Journal
The Busch School’s AACSB accreditation places it among an elite group—only 6% of business schools worldwide earn this distinction.
The School also continues to distinguish itself at the graduate level. The Catholic University of America MBA program is uniquely positioned as the only MBA that is:
-
Granted by a Carnegie Research 1 institution
-
Accredited by AACSB
-
Endorsed by the Cardinal Newman Society
Together, these recognitions affirm the Busch School’s mission: to form principled business leaders who are truly a force for good.
