 Arege-John_250.jpg(Washington, D.C.) The Catholic University of America is honored to announce the addition of John Arege to the faculty and staff of the Busch School of Business.

Mr. Arege’s twenty-year career on Wall Street included prominent positions such as managing director for Goldman Sachs and senior analyst with Merrill Lynch. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Busch School of Business staff with a Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from The Catholic University of America, a Master’s degree in finance and banking, and a law degree.

Mr. Arege believes, “The finance profession serves the public by helping to create opportunities for individuals, families, the local community and the world.”

As the new head of finance, Mr. Arege will have the opportunity to put his beliefs into action. With its rigorous business curriculum infused with Catholic social doctrine, the Busch School of Business prides itself on motivating students to see their career in business as a true calling and vocation.
