The United States has enacted more sanctions against Russia. The new sanctions effectively cut off Americans from doing any business with the Russian Central Bank and freeze its assets within the United States. Dr. Anthony Cannizzaro, Associate Professor of International Business, was interviewed on EWTN Nightly News to discuss how freezing out the Central Bank will impact Russia's economy, and what effects Americans can expect to see at home.
