Busch School students from Professor Bowman’s Government Regulation of Business class visited the Supreme Court. While there, students had the opportunity to sit in on the oral arguments for SEC v. Cochran, a case concerning the authority which federal district courts have in challenging the constitutionality of Securities and Exchange Commission administrative proceedings. Students recently learned about securities regulations with a guest lecturer from the SEC, and were able to experience firsthand some of the processes learned about in class.
A special thank you to Justice Alito and his staff for reserving seats for our students.
