The Catholic U Finance Institute presented the CFA Society Panel where students interested in becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst could learn from Mark DeWeaver, an international business professor at American University. He gave students tips on how to study for the CFA and what a CFA can help you with in your career.
Jack Rosenberg, a Catholic U Finance Institute member, planned the event:
“A CFA certification is a major differentiator for undergrads. The finance industry is fiercely competitive and the CUA Finance Institute would like to prepare our members as best as possible. There are several exams like CFA Level 1 and the SIE that most students have never heard of. We can provide our members with resources, guidance, and firsthand experience on these exams so they can nail it the first time.”
