Thursday marked a remarkable occasion as we welcomed the distinguished David Bahnsen, Managing Partner, Founder, and Chief Investment Officer of The Bahnsen Group, to speak in our CEO Fireside Chat series.
David's reflections delved into the profound essence of work, asserting, "Work possesses therapeutic value as it is the meaning of life." With a nod to Genesis 3:16 and the entirety of the Creation Story, he intertwined the interconnectedness of both family and work.
He simplified his message into three fundamental reasons as to why we work: to be productive, creative, and innovative. David urged a shift in perspective, challenging the audience to view work not as a necessary evil but as a true blessing, prompting contemplation on how such a shift could lead to both professional success and personal fulfillment.
