The Busch School of Business recently hosted its Fall Career Networking Night. Students from all specializations met with employers from different industries. This event allows them to create meaningful connections with potential employers, mentors, and alumni eager to give back to their school and community.
Representatives and alumni from companies including Deloitte, KPMG, IBM, and Lockheed Martin, attended to facilitate mock interviews and network with current students. This event allows students to create meaningful connections with potential employers, mentors, and alumni eager to give back to their school and community.
In the weeks leading up to the event, the Busch School’s Office of Career Development works to prepare students by offering a variety of resources including resume workshops, mock interviews, and LinkedIn profile reviews. These services ensure that students walk into the event feeling confident and ready to present themselves at their best. Students are encouraged to research the companies attending, practice their elevator pitches, and come armed with questions that showcase their knowledge and enthusiasm for the industry.
