Superhabits Book Launch: The Universal System for a Successful Life

On October 22, Dean Andrew Abela of The Busch School of Business celebrated the launch of his highly anticipated book, Superhabits: The Universal System for a Successful Life. The event, held in The Busch School, attracted a large crowd, all eager to hear Dean Abela share the key principles of his book, which focuses on building a system of productive habits for personal and professional success. He was interviewed by National Review editor-at-large Kathryn Jean Lopez as they discussed the insights from his new book.

"If we understand the virtues as habits, then they become automatic. The more you grow in virtues, the happier you are. It gets easier to be the kind of person you want to be,” Abela told the audience.

If you missed the event, you can still watch the full discussion here. For those interested in cultivating these habits, Abela offers a Superhabits Substack and a web app designed to help individuals assess their strengths and areas for growth through a series of reflective questions. The app also includes an AI “coach” to support users on their journey.

Don’t forget, Dean Abela will be speaking tonight at 6 pm at the Catholic Information Center (CIC), where he'll dive deeper into Superhabits. Don’t miss your chance to hear from him in person! Register here
