Honors Convocation for our 2020 graduates has been postponed until Spring 2021. If it is safe to do so, next year's ceremony will take place as part of the university's regular commencement exercises. For more information, please read President Garvey's June 16th press release regarding Commencement 2020 and Honors Convocation.
Honors Convocation Details
The University Honors Convocation is held the Friday before commencement.
The convocation recognizes graduating seniors who have earned membership in an honor society, achieved an individual academic honor/award, or graduated with Honors. Business students who are members of the LEO Honor Society are invited to attend Honors Convocation.
In addition, if you are a Busch School of Business individual graduation award recipient, you will be recognized for your accomplishments at Honors Convocation.
The event details for Honors Convocation may be found on the University’s Commencement website.
Specific ceremony instructions (arrival time, attire, etc.) will be distributed by the Honors Program staff of The Catholic University of America. The event is organized by the staff of the Honors Program and the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Studies.
