Ava Cozzolino, Catholic U '24, is a Marketing and Strategy Management and Operations student from Madison, New Jersey. She accepted a Level 2 Leadership Development Internship position as a Rides and Attractions Assistant Supervisor at Hershey Entertainment and Resorts Company.
Briefly describe your new opportunity.
I will be managing a team of ride operators at different attractions, ensuring that all the safety standards are met for the rides, and resolving any guest experience issues.
How did your Busch School and Catholic University education help you find this career path?
My classes at the Busch School have allowed me to apply concepts we are learning about to real-world examples in the sports and entertainment industries. My professors have also been an incredible resource to help me find my path for post-graduation.

What were some highlights of your time at Catholic University?
Exploring the city with my friends, studying abroad in Rome, working with the Catholic Football team, and Professor Egan's MKT 345 class.
What advice do you have for students during their job search?
The worst someone can tell you is "No". There is no harm in applying for jobs that you think you may not get, you never know what can happen.
