Brady Berger, Catholic '21, won the Jone Dowd Male Role Model Award, given annually to a male and female student-athlete who exudes graciousness in victory, humility in defeat and rallies their peers to consistently compete at a high level in athletics and beyond. Berger recently graduated as a Finance major from the Busch School.
Brady was the football team's starting quarterback and team captain in 2019 and 2020. He was a three-time NEWMAC Football Academic All-Conference Team honoree and 2021 NFF Hampshire Honor Society selection. Off the field, he articipated in the Mother Theresa and MLK Day of Service, raised money for Special Olympics DC and went on a Mission Trip to Kingston, Jamaica. He also was a member of the Catholic University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and Choose Cardinals First and served as President of the CUA Focus Group which tries to improve ways to help better the mental health of student-athletes.
Brady accepted a job as an Associate FADP at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
