The International Collegiate Sales Competition is a competition that tests the top sales students from universities across the world. The competition consists of multiple events including a role-play competition, speed selling event, and sales management simulation event. Competitors are assessed by corporate sponsors based on their performances.

Role Play Competition

Samuel Gutelius and Mattea Del Peschio participated in the Role Play Competition. The role-play product for ICSC 2023 was DLL Floor Planning. The entire role-play competition is based upon a potential sale to Assured Partners.

"Having the chance to represent the Catholic University sales program in the role-play competition was an incredible opportunity. It was an excellent chance to put all of the skills I have learned in the philosophy and sales programs into use in a real-world sales scenario. I could not be more grateful to the Catholic U Sales Program and the Busch School for this experience."Samuel Gutelius

Sales Management Case Competition

Ryan Donohue and Emerson Sheldon participated in the Sales Management Case Competition. The case competition is the only one of its kind, focusing specifically on issues related to managing a professional sales force.

“Competing in the Case Management competition alongside Ryan Donahue was a truly rewarding experience. Faced with the challenge of providing recommendations to sales organizations dealing with issues such as lack of sales morale and technological gaps, my partner and I had the unique opportunity to formulate, present, and implement solutions in front of professionals from the top sales companies. I am beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to represent Catholic U Sales and to have gained such an invaluable experience.” - Emerson Sheldon

Speed Selling Competition

Cooper Williams and Lucky Perrotto competed in the Speed Selling Competition. The purpose of the speed selling competition is to demonstrate professional speaking and presentation skills.

“When pursuing the opportunity to compete in the ICSC Speed Selling Competition, I had the privilege to compete against the top sales talent in the country and network with some of the best sales companies in the world.” - Cooper Williams
