CEO, DMV Black Restaurant Week

Furard Tate, Co-Founder of DMV Black Restaurant Week (www.dmvbrw.com) and owner of Inspire DMV Hospitality, is a native Washingtonian and Relationship-Builder who teaches, coaches and encourages businesses to build and support the development of strong communities. He and the other co-Founders use their experiences and contacts to connect local, black-owned restaurants, caterers and aspiring food service owners to educational and financial resources. Since 2018, DMV Black Restaurant Week has helped over 50 businesses maintain and grow their food service businesses.
