"Career Development Internship, Watching my buddies play lacrosse and baseball, Pieing for Progress!"

What advice do you have for students during their job search? 

"Network with as many alumni as possible, be yourself, don't treat every conversation as a transaction, develop meaningful relationships, and always get a referral when submitting an application (never cold apply). "
