What advice do you have for students during their job search?
"My biggest piece of advice for students during their job search is not to be afraid to introduce themselves and make connections. You never know when a simple conversation can turn into an opportunity that changes your life.
First impressions matter more than you think; something as simple as a firm handshake, strong eye contact, and confidence in how you present yourself can set you apart. Becoming a well-rounded individual shows employers you are disciplined, balanced, and able to work well with others. Above all, be coachable, be open to feedback, be willing to learn, and be adaptable!
In the end, it’s about showing up prepared, staying open to opportunities, and being confident enough to put yourself out there."
