In addition to her leadership at Rose Roofing and Restoration, Elizabeth and her husband, Matthew, co-founded Marcolini Ventures, which specializes in the acquisition and creation of lower-middle market blue-collar businesses. Through this venture, they are dedicated to revitalizing and scaling essential service-based companies, creating opportunities for growth, and strengthening the backbone of American entrepreneurship.

Elizabeth holds a B.A. from the University of Dallas and a Master’s in Theological Studies from the John Paul II Institute. She is a NYT Best Selling author of Bella’s Gift and, coming in 2026, the Pocket Guide to the Works of Mercy with Ascension Press. Her education, combined with her business acumen, has shaped her leadership philosophy—one rooted in truth, purpose, and service to others.

Beyond her business success, Elizabeth is a devoted wife and mother—both adoptive and biological—who values faith and family first. She resides in Virginia with her husband, Matthew and their three children, Zelie, Gianna, and Lorenzo.

Matt Marcolini is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for investing in and growing businesses. He has a B.A. in History from Christendom College and a classical education from Academia Vivarium Novum in Rome, Italy, where he studied Latin and Greek in an intensive immersion program. His deep appreciation for history and classical thought informs his strategic approach to leadership and business development.

As the Chief Human Resources Officer of Rose Roofing and Restoration, Matt has played a pivotal role in scaling the company from its early stages to over eight figures in revenue in under 36 months. Alongside his wife, Elizabeth, and brother-in-law, Paul, he has helped transform Rose Roofing into a rapidly growing, family-owned business known for its excellence in the roofing and restoration industry. His expertise in recruiting, leadership development, and team-building has been instrumental in the company's success.

Matt and Elizabeth also co-founded Marcolini Ventures, a firm specializing in the acquisition and development of lower-middle market blue-collar businesses. In under three years, Matt has led the hiring of hundreds of sales professionals, project managers, and executives, directly driving mid-eight figures in revenue across their portfolio of businesses. His ability to identify talent, cultivate high-performing teams, and scale operations has been a key driver of their ventures' success.

Beyond business, Matt is a devoted husband and father who prioritizes faith, family, and community. He and Elizabeth reside in Northern Virginia with their three wonderful children, Zelie, Gianna, and Enzo.
