With over 400 employees across the U.S., Chile, and Peru, Peter is focused on creating a Culture of Caring—one that is deeply rooted in Polydeck’s Christian core values of humility, kindness, honesty, integrity, respect, and social responsibility.   Peter is also the founder of His Way at Work (HWAW.com), a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating eternal value in workplaces around the world. HWAW’s mission is to inspire and empower businesses to transform their cultures with God’s love, helping leaders understand the importance of being stewards of their businesses and caring for people in a way that honors God—thereby generating Eternal Return on Investment (EROI). To date, HWAW has impacted over 350 companies in 13 countries.   Beyond his work in business and ministry, Peter and his wife, Lauren, travel extensively to support various ministries.
