Cate Warchot, MSB '21, has accepted a position as a Marketing Associate/Brand Ambassador at Inspire in Hyattsville, MD. Below, Cate shares her experiences in the program, and how it helped her to find her future:

Briefly describe your new job opportunity.

"In this job opportunity, I will be using the skills I learned in this program, particularly marketing, to direct market for companies such as telecoms, non-profits, and emerging companies. "

Why did you join the MSB Program?

"I joined the MSB program to further learn about business in order to pursue a career that I love going to everyday." 

How did the MSB Program help you find this career path?

"All of the professors are so supportive and so passionate about teaching and the program. They make sure that when you graduate, you can pursue any business career you want and that you will succeed. "

What were some highlights of your time with the program?

"My favorite parts of the program have always been being with my fellow classmates, being in-person class and working together on all of the group projects."

What advice do you have for students during their job search?

"Apply early, and apply often. Don't wait until a week before graduation to apply to jobs. Start as early as Christmas break, and apply to as many jobs as you can. Make sure to keep all of your job applications organized!"
