Luke Bader, MSB '17, is the Director of Membership and Programs at the FAIR Institute. Before joining the program, Luke was an undergraduate Politicial Science major at The Catholic University of America.

Why did you choose to attend the Master of Science in Business program?

"I was looking for an expedited Masters program that would complement my liberal arts degree with a background in business. This 9-month program was the perfect fit for me coming out of undergrad."

How did the MSB Program prepare you for your career path?

"Not only did the MSB Program make the connections for me to get a job after graduation, but it gave me all the knowledge I needed to be successful in that role. And if I ever had a question or needed to learn something, the program taught me strategies to keep my mind open and adaptable to new ideas and ways of learning."

What advice would you give to prospective students?

"This is only a 9-month program, and then you have a master's degree. Take hold of the opportunity, dive in, do the work, and you will see success."
