COO, Managing Director of Congress Asset Management

Chris joined Congress Asset Management in 1993, and serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. Since 2002, he has been a principal and member of the firm’s Management Committee, which is responsible for strategic planning to advance the company’s mission and objectives. He is also chair of the Private Equity Committee, which oversees sourcing, due diligence, and commitments to over $1 billion in private equity allocations. Additionally, he serves as an advisory board member for several private equity funds. An avid cyclist and runner, he also maintains a small apiary at his home in Medway, Massachusetts. Chris is a CFA charter holder, and member of the Boston Security Analysts Society (BS AS) and the CFA Institute.
