Andy Szocs

Retired Founder and President of Norpac Controls Ltd.

Andy is a highly successful businessman from West Vancouver and an engineering graduate from the University of Saskatchewan. He was founder and president of Norpac Controls Ltd., founded in 1972, who were the largest distributor of process control equipment for the process industry in British Columbia.

His leadership was recognized 6 times by the 50 Best Private Managed Companies, one of Canada’s most prestigious national recognitions for private business, with hundreds of thousands of companies eligible.

Retiring in 2000, he committed his passion and philanthropy to mental health, which has made a difference in this challenging condition, amplified significantly with Covid in 2020. He previously served on the board of the Kelty Patrick Dennehy Foundation, one of the most charitable leaders in the mental health field.

Andy is on the Board of Augustine Institute in Denver, the Busch School of Business at The Catholic University of America, member of Papal Foundation, and an enthusiastic passionate leader of the Catholic faith in Evangelization.
