Founder and CEO of Infinitive

Denis McFarlane is founder and chief executive officer of Infinitive, a management consultancy based in Northern Virginia that was founded in 2003. The company was named on the 2008 Inc. 5000 list, which celebrates the fastest-growing private companies in America. Infinitive has also been honored as one of Consulting magazine’s “Best Small Firms to Work For” six times, named one of the Washington Post's Top Workplaces for two years running and is a three-time recipient of the Virginia Business Best Places to Work in Virginia award.

Denis has consulted for Fortune 500 and start-up clients alike for over 20 years, specializing in solving complex problems in challenging business environments. He has led large-scale implementation efforts, as well as smaller strategic efforts, and has overseen and supported large transformation initiatives for a number of clients.
