Quoc Tran, MSB '19, has accepted a position as a Campaign Associate at the Ford’s Theatre Society. Below, Quoc shares his experiences in the program, and how it helped him to find his future:

Why I Joined the Program

"The MSB Program was the perfect complement to my previous education and experience. It provided me the necessary training and fundamental business skills that would help me become successful in any business environment. It focused on transforming me into a successful and well-rounded business professional."

How the Program Helped Me Find My Career Path

"Through company visits, speakers, and career coaching sessions, the program exposed me to a variety of different industries. The program also connected me to a wide network of alumni and friends of the program with whom I was able to have informational interviews. More than that, the Career Development office was there to support me through the entire process. Their guidance and advice helped me find a career path that I am passionate about. This, paired with the business skills taught in the classroom, prepared me to take on whatever challenges come my way."

My Highlights of the Program

"The program not only connected me with new friends but also helped create a new network of smart, hard-working business professionals who I can turn to for advice. My colleagues came from a variety of educational and personal backgrounds. This created a diverse group of individuals who challenged each other to become the best that each of us could be. Being able to work, be in classes, and learn from my colleagues was a major highlight of the program. Of the projects/events that I most enjoyed, I learned the most from the Field Team Study project. With the project, I was able to apply the skills that I had learned into helping a real company."
