Elise Crawford Gallagher is a wife and mom to two little girls. As of March 2023, she is the Chief Operating Officer at her family business, JC Law, a regional law firm based in Baltimore, MD with offices in Philadelphia and Fairfax, VA.

Before JC Law, Elise was the Founder & CEO of Ringlet, a marketing agency focused on serving women-owned businesses. Elise built RINGLET from a one-woman show to a thriving multi-dimensional company with eight employees. Ringlet produced national, multi-level campaigns for startups around the country.

She is also the Founder & Co-President of Catholic Women in Business, a community and educational space for Catholic women looking to integrate their vocations to work, family, and business. Her book, “Holy Ambition: Thriving as a Catholic Woman at Work and at Home” will be released with Ave Maria Press on November 1, 2024.
