Cameron Cohowicz, CatholicU '25, is a Marketing student from Stormville, New York. He accepted a job as an Associate District Manager at ADP.

Briefly describe your new job opportunity.

"As an Associate District Manager at ADP, I will be helping small to mid-sized businesses streamline their payroll and HR processes using ADP’s solutions. My day-to-day involves prospecting new clients, making cold calls, setting up meetings, and running product demos to show how our services can save time and money. It’s a fast-paced, goal-driven environment where I’m constantly building relationships, learning sales strategy, and growing my business skills. The role comes with great training, mentorship, and the opportunity to earn commission and advance quickly."

How did your Busch School and Catholic University education help you find this career path?

"Although I am graduating with Specialization in Marketing, the Busch School of Business opened my eyes to the opportunities within the sales industry which most directly aligns with who I am and where I want my future to go."

What activities were you involved in during undergrad?

"As a freshman here at CUA I was a member of the Football Team. Since then I stepped away from athletics to put greater focus on my professional development."

What were some highlights of your time at Catholic University?

"Some highlights from CUA were having the ability to come here as a freshman while my brother was still a senior at the time. Majority of my memories from CUA tie into the amazing people I've met throughout my four years."

What advice do you have for students during their job search? 

"Be present, time goes fast, meet as many people as possible because who you know might be more important than what you know."
