"A Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in a company's sales team, focusing on lead generation and qualification to strengthen the sales pipeline. Their main responsibility is outbound prospecting, reaching out to potential customers via cold calls, emails, and social media. SDRs identify key decision-makers, assess customer needs, and set up meetings or demos for account executives to drive conversions."
How did your Busch School and Catholic University education help you find this career path?
"Throughout my four years here, the Busch School and CatholicU really helped me identify my passions and things I'm good at and shaping them into a career path that best suits me. I found help along the way from professors in every field helping me find my way and ultimately shaping a solid foundation for the post graduate life."

"Football"
What were some highlights of your time at Catholic University?
"Definitely the Sales Socials that the Sales Program puts on. Also all of the career networking events that the Busch School utilizes."
What advice do you have for students during their job search?
"Stay consistent to who you are, not every company is going to be a right fit and you should be interviewing the managers and hiring professionals just as much!"
