What advice do you have for students during their job search?"Be part of an internship that truly excites and challenges you, and if possible, consider traveling for it! I had the incredible opportunity to intern in Santa Clara, CA, across the country from my hometown, which allowed me to experience a new culture and expand my perspective in ways I never expected. It’s rare to have the chance to relocate for three months, so embrace it if you can. Also, make the most of your professors and mentors—they’re invaluable resources. And don’t be afraid to connect with leaders at the company you intern for; many are eager to support early talent. You might just find a new mentor!"
