George Kapusinski joined the Busch School of Business as an Adjunct Professor in 2025. Although many years have passed since completing his undergraduate degree at The Catholic University of America, he returned to his alma mater guided by an endearing love for the school that helped shape him in fundamental ways.
With a background in business consulting, nonprofit management, real estate development, retail management and Catholic education, he has consistently used technology to solve practical problems and strengthen organizations. Much of his work has centered on the unique needs - and values - of family owned businesses.
Kapusinski is an award-winning business and technology teacher at the college preparatory level. He has been featured on Catholic TV (Boston) and the National Catholic Register modeling his innovative teaching methods. He has also been highlighted on the cover of Today's Catholic Teacher magazine for his joyful use of technology in the classroom.
He has a passion for mentoring students. He has created and managed student teams that have competed in national and regional challenges in cyber security, underwater robotics, the programming and control of miniature satellites on the International Space Station, and computer-aided design.
Kapusinski holds a B.A. in Political Science from The Catholic University of America and an MBA from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He and his wife, Lynn, live in Maryland. He enjoys walking, reading, boating and making new friends.
